Green Frog Art opens new showroom; adds sales reps

Green Frog Art opened a new permanent showroom at the Atlanta International Gift & Home Furnishings Market in January on the 13th floor of Building 3 in AmericasMart's new Children's World section. The company had a second showroom in Building 2 as well but gave up that lease at the end of January.

"Our new showroom is about 1,000 square feet and allows us to exhibit our whole product line in one place," said Pete Cohen, vice president of sales for the Ponte Vedra Beach, Fla.-based company. "We have a great location on the atrium that gives us higher visibility."

Green Frog Art also has hired three sales representatives.

Ed Liberty's territory is Arizona,California, Nevada, Washington and Oregon; and Peter and Joelle Waterkotte's territory is Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware, Maryland and Northern Virginia. Jami Conroy will serve as an inside sales representative.

"Having sales representatives both in the field and in the office will enable us to better serve our customers," Cohen said. "Sales reps can inform them about new opportunities in product and services immediately and by being in the stores the sales reps can offer a more personalized service."
