KooKoo Bear Kids expands

KooKoo Bear Kids, an online, catalog and brick-and-mortar retailer in Roswell, Ga., is expanding its store to more than 10,000 square feet, almost triple the size of its SoCA Design Center location.
"We now have the largest showroom of designer kid's furniture in the Atlanta area," said Tara Mediate, president of KooKoo Bear Kids. "Our experienced designers help parents select everything from carpeting and paint to furniture and artwork. We are a one-stop shop for all your kid's needs."
Entire rooms and baby nurseries are displayed within the store so parents can easily see and touch bedding, beds, rockers, rugs, lighting and artwork. Designer clothes for babies, kids and moms, gifts and an in-store gift registry are some of the features shoppers will find in the new store. The retailer also is now offering interior design services and it launched its online registry earlier this year.
