Sorensen out at Flexa

Peder Sorensen, the former president of juvenile producer Flexa, has left the company under a corporate restructuring.
The parent company, Flexa Group, Hornsyld, Denmark, is transitioning to a new business model and restructuring its U.S. operations in Suffolk, Va., which underwent a $6 million expansion in 2006.
Per Lykke Jensen, president of Danish parent company Flexa Group, will oversee the Flexa Furniture division, and Claus Johnsen, U.S. production manager, will handle the daily operations during the restructuring.
Earlier this year, Flexa sent out a notice saying it would no longer supply U.S. retailers except for its four Flexa branded stores and new ones it plans to open.
We would love your feedback!
