We’re everywhere you want to be.
Lisa Casinger -- Kids Today, 4/1/2009 12:00:00 AM
We’re everywhere you want to be. Yes, I’m “borrowing” Visa’s old slogan. Why? Because Kids Today IS everywhere.
Obviously if you’re reading this you know we’re in print; we’ve been in print for a decade. We’ve been bringing you product and profiles and news and research and trends and more for 10 years here. We’ve evolved with the industry and, in fact, mirror it in many ways.
We’re also on the Internet, at www.kidstodayonline.com. Many of you know this because you not only visit the site but you also subscribe to our free newsletter — we’re testing a twice-a-week version this month, let us know what you think. One thing you may not know is that all of our news and breaking stories appear online, many times exclusively, so if you just rely on the print edition for news you’re liable to miss out on a lot.
We’re on Twitter. Look us up, Kids Today. Follow us, be our friend. Why are we there? Because, like many of you, we’re trying to keep up with the new and exciting ways to reach our customers, to reach the industry and to connect to moms. You’d be amazed at the networking and information you can gather on social networking sites.
We also have a presence at just about every trade show that offers products for infants and youth and we’ll be at ABC’s new show in Kentucky in May.
Our goal in being in all of these venues is to help you and your business. Our goal is to showcase products, from cribs and furniture to diaper bags and bedding (and everything in between) and trends that you might have missed at a show. Our goal is to provide you with exclusive research that will help you set your own goals or give you some insight into demographics or economic cycles. Our goal is to give you a snapshot of the industry that you might have missed.
Let us know how we’re doing. Email me at lcasinger@reedbusiness.com.
We would love your feedback!
