"Kastel has grown substantially in recent years, and our ability to design, implement and manage sustainable distribution systems for small to mid-sized juvenile products companies will be greatly enhanced by Alison's arrival," said Stellario D'Urso, president of Kastel International.
"Her wealth of knowledge and expertise in the industry will be a tremendous resource to our clients for the successful implementation of a series of exciting new projects that are under way."
Bates joins Kastel from Maclaren U.S.A., where she was vice president of sales and marketing.
