Staff -- Kids Today, 6/1/2007 12:00:00 AM
New York-based manufacturer Global Design Concepts launched its line of Baby Looney Tunes diaper bags at the April JPMA show in Orlando. The deal with Warner Bros. Consumer Products is Global Design's first foray into licensed diaper bags.
The 2007 line is composed of 20 SKUs featuring baby characters Tweety, Sylvester, Taz, Bugs Bunny and others. The bags are sold with changing pads, wipe cases and bottle holders and feature several compartments to hold additional items belonging to baby or mom. Price points range between $6 and $25, and the collection will be offered in mass and mid-tier stores.
"We are thrilled to partner with Warner Bros. Consumer Products to launch GDC's first line of licensed diaper bags," said Dan Sabbah, president of Global Design Concepts. "Our products are designed to fill a need for today's modern mom on the go and really capture the love and connection today's parents have with the Baby Looney Tunes brand."
