Juvenile products manufacturer Dorel Juvenile Group, a division of Dorel Inds., is bringing its entire European stroller line, Quinny, stateside this summer.
The current Quinny line is composed of three items, two strollers and a car seat, all featuring contemporary styling details such as rounded shapes in a variety of fashion colors. The Buzz travel system has a reversible, reclining seat and hydraulic technology that unfolds the stroller with just a touch. The three-wheel stroller is compatible with the Quinny Dreami bassinet and the Maxi-Cosi Mico infant seat, available in July. The Buzz, $500, and the Dreami, $190, are available now in select specialty stores.
The Zapp travel stroller has a compact fold and is made of stain-resistant nylon. The Zapp, $200, comes with a travel bag and can also accommodate the Maxi-Cosi Mico infant seat, and it will be available Aug. 1.
"We are extremely excited to bring such a successful European brand to the American market, " said Lisa Abdinoor, Dorel Juvenile Group's director of marketing for the Quinny and Maxi-Cosi brands. "The Quinny brand embodies the combination of trendsetting fashion with innovative precision engineering. It's for parents who want (stress-free), reliable transportation for their children with designs that complement their individual sense of style."
Dorel will show the Quinny line at the All Baby and Child Expo in September in Las Vegas, and the collection is targeted to specialty retailers.
The Zapp travel stroller comes in bright pink, shown, mandarin, capri, lime and black and retails for $200.
We would love your feedback!
